How do I order a Personalized children’s book?:
Select the book or books you wish to purchase and fill out the required information requested. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.

How long does it take to receive my Personalized Children’s book?:
We require at least 2-3 days from receipt of order to create the book. After that 2-3 day period, shipping time will depend on what method of shipping you choose.

Do you accept payment by check?:
We do accept payment by check. Please be aware that we will not start to process your order until we have received the check and it has cleared. Once your check has cleared, allow 2-3 days from receipt of order to create the book and any shipping time dependent upon the method you choose.

How do I pay by credit card?:
We use Authorize.NET to process all credit card transactions. Authorize.NET is a leading payment gateway since 1996, and accepts credit cards and electronic payments safely and securely for our customers. We currently accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?:
Currently we do not ship outside of the U.S.

What if I receive my book and there is an error?
If the error is made by My Fairy Tale Books, We will replace your order free of charge. If the error is due to information you supplied to us incorrectly, you will need to re-order the book.

What if my child’s name is not available on any of the personalized children’s CD’s? Can I request the name?:
If your child’s name is unavailable, it cannot be processed. Only the names available on the site can be used.

Where do I send the picture for my Photo DVD:
