My Fairy Tale Books ships via the US Postal Service. Below are the following options you can choose for shipping along with the transit time and cost associated with each. These shipment times are estimates provided by the US Postal Service. Though these estimates are generally accurate we cannot guarantee actual transit time.

If your order is time sensitive please consider upgrading to a faster service.

Free Shipping Eligibility

You are eligible to receive Free Standard Shipping on your My Fairy Tale Books order when you spend $50 or more on qualifying items.

Shipping Chart—Domestic U.S.

*Please allow 2 - 3 days prior to shipping for your order to be fulfilled.

 *If you require shipping via Federal Express or UPS, please contact us so we can quote you a shipping cost and transit time.

Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.
 

Order Status/Tracking an Order

Signed-In Customers: You may check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account and clicking on "Your Account" located in the top right section on any page. Order history will be displayed for you, including order date, order number, order status, and total price. By clicking on "View Order Details," you can see all details for that particular order including the tracking information for shipped orders. This page can also be printed for your records.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

Since personalized children’s books are custom orders, they cannot be returned. Please make sure all information you enter is correct before submitting your order. Any mistake due to customer error in supplied information will have to be reordered at the customers expense.

If an error occurs due to a My Fairy Tale Books mistake, we will replace the item and ship it to you at our expense. A replacement order will be shipped using the same shipping method as your original order unless it is time sensitive, in which case we will ship it the fasted method necessary to get it to you when you need it.
