All sales are final due to the personalization of each product. We accept items for return or exchange, for items damaged in transit or mistakes made in personalization by MyFairyTaleBooks.
What if I make a mistake?
If you need to change the personalization information for your order after the order is already in production, we will charge 50% of the original price of the item plus shipping to re-make and re-ship the order. Orders go into production within 4 hours after we receive your order.
What if MyFairyTaleBooks makes a mistake?
In the event that we make a mistake, we will correct and replace the same product with the corrected information at no charge or your money back.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at 845-926-1883 or e-mail us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Depending on the product that is damaged, we may ask that it be returned to us. A refund or replacement will not be provided if we are not notified within 5 days of when the order is received.
What if I have not received my order?
Contact us at 845-926-1883 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3 weeks after placing your order and we will ship a replacement immediately. Orders will not be replaced or refunded after 30 days from when the order was placed.
